offers 24-hour technical support only via the web. We’ve found phone and
e-mail support to be less efficient because support issues cannot be
easily logged. Please follow these 3 steps for support:
1) Read through the list of Updates & Fixes on the right. Check our
A-Z Product Support List
for a complete list of titles. Click on the program name for a complete
set of FAQs, and where and how to get more support.
2) Carefully
read through the FAQs as most questions should be answered on the page.
Various titles will have downloads, manuals, hints, requirements and
more.

If you still cannot find your answer, or if no link is available for the
title, then please submit
an
Electronic Support Ticket to our support
team. Answers are usually received within 1-3 business days.
