I receive error message that the Sound Decompression Software has not been installed properly. I am running Windows xp.

Resolution: There should have been a xp fix in the read me file.
The fix is also available from the following URL:
http://support.selectsoftusa.com/download/dk-sp1fix.exe
(You may have to copy and paste the above URL into your browser's address bar to access the file.)
In the window that appears Click the Save button
Click on the Drop down arrow for "Save In:" and select Desktop
Click on the Save Button
Close all windows to get back to the desktop
Double click on the "SP1fix.exe" file on your desktop
Follow the instructions to install the patch
This patch must be installed to the System32 Folder for your operating system. If you install this patch and the problem continues your system folder may be in a different location than C:\Windows\System32. Reinstall the patch but this time when it tells you it will install to C:\Windows\System32 change the location to: C:\WINNT\System32 and continue with the install.
