ID: 16623
Date Created: 08/23/2011

* Platform: PC
* Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
To check if your Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit, Click Start (or Windows icon), right-click on "Computer" and click on "Properties". This will show the Windows Edition and the System. Next to System type: it will say either 32-bit or 64-bit Operating System.

When submitting a support case, please select which version of Windows you are using (whether 32-bit or 64-bit).

Also, please check the system requirements on the packaging. If it says Windows 7 32-bit only and your system is 64-bit, please contact your reseller for an exchange/refund. If the packaging only states Windows 7, and program is not running on your 64-bit machine, please submit a support ticket.
