It is possible that you have a 64-bit Windows computer. To check, right-click on "My Computer" and click on "Properties" then check the System type: it will say either 32-bit or 64-bit. Please check the system requirements on the packaging. If it says Windows 7 32-bit only, please contact your reseller for an exchange/refund. If the packaging only states Windows 7, please submit a support ticket.
