Issue I receive an "Invalid Page Fault in module MSVCRT40.DLL" when running the program.
Description
Solution This is either incorrect display settings, or outdated video drivers.

To check Display Settings and verify that the Monitor is specified, follow these steps:

  1. Click on START

  2. Click on SETTINGS

  3. Click on CONTROL PANEL

  4. Double-click on the DISPLAY icon to open the Display Properties.

  5. Click on the SETTINGS tab. Confirm Colour and Screen Size settings are correct for program requirements.

  6. Click on the ADVANCED button (Win98) or ADVANCED PROPERTIES button (Win95).

  7. Click on the MONITOR tab.

  8. Verify the monitor is specified by brand and model. If it is set to "Unknown Monitor", set it to "Super VGA 1024x768 @75 Hertz" (may not have the 75 Hz option) found under "Standard Display Types" at the top of the list.

If this does not work, try going to your monitor vendor's web site and downloading the latest drivers for your monitor.

  9. Restart your computer

Issue The Look Inside lever is inactive. Or, the Rotate function is inactive.
