Advanced Repeat Rules for Reoccurring Events
|
| |
While
creating a calendar, you want to include events that reoccur over a
designated time period. Using the Advanced Repeat Rules option will
allow you to customize your calendar to include repeating events and
dates. The tutorial that follows describes the procedure.
These are the instructions for using the Advanced
Repeat Rules.
- Click Events on the menu bar and select Add Event. The Add
Event dialog box will appear.
- Click the Advanced Repeat Rule button near the bottom of the
screen. The Repeats dialog box will appear.
- In the section entitled Set Repeat Occurrence Rule, enter
the Start Date and Repeat Until date. Either type in the dates,
or click the Quick Date button to the right of each field.
- Select a date from the pop-up calendar that will appear.
- Click one of the three available options below the Start
Date field to define the Repeat Occurrence Rule. (The fields
below these buttons will change according to the options
selected.)
Year, Month and Day Option
The Year, Month and Day option allows the event to repeat on a
specified day in one or more specified months during one or more
specified years. Use the check boxes and list box in the lower
portion of the dialog box to set exact repeat parameters.
- All Years
- All Months
- All Days
Year, Month, Week, Weekday Option
The Year, Month, Week, Weekday option allows the event to repeat
on a specified day of the week, in a specified month, during a
specified year. Use the check boxes and list box in the lower
portion of the dialog box to set exact repeat parameters.
- All Years
- All Months
- All Weeks
- All Days
Every Option
The Every option provides the greatest number of repeat options.
When using the Every option, the frequency of the repeat must be
specified in the field to the right by entering a number. Here
are the available choices:
- Day(s): Highlight specific days in the list box.
- Week(s): Either check All Days or highlight specific
days in the list box.
- Month(s)(Weeks): Either check All Weeks, All Days or
both and highlight specific weeks and weekdays in the
list box.
- Month(s)(Days): Either check All Days, or highlight
specific days in the list box below.
- Year(s)(Days): Either check All Months, All Days or
both and highlight specific months and days in the list
box below.
- Year(s)(Weeks): Either check All Months, All Weeks,
All Days, or all three and highlight specific months,
weeks and days in the list box.
- Hebrew(Birth): Highlight a specific date from the
list box below.
- Hebrew(Death): Highlight a specific date in the list
box.
NOTE: Weekend Occurrences: The Weekend Occurrences list
box determines what action is taken when a repeat occurrence falls
during a weekend. Select an option from the drop-down menu.
Click OK to close the Repeats dialog box.
Click OK again to close the Add Event dialog box.

Calendar View
Properties |

Defining the View Properties of any calendar can be accomplished by
accessing the View Properties dialog window. The information that
follows describes defining the View Properties of a calendar.
Consider the following information when defining
View Properties.
View Properties Window
- Click Layout in the menu bar and select
View Properties. The View Properties dialog will appear.
- Click each tab to activate the related
properties.
General Tab: This tab indicates the name
and type of the view. The view width and height are also displayed.
(These may be changed if desired.)
Facing Pictures Tab: Add or change a
facing picture by using the Browse and Art Gallery buttons.
Objects Tab: Control the placement of
calendar objects (background, title, subtitle, etc). To edit the
placement and other characteristics of an object complete the
following steps:
- Select an object from the list box.
- Use the Visible check box to control
the visibility of the selected object (i.e., to hide the
footer or deselect the Visible option). The X and Y fields
represent the placement coordinates of the selected object.
The Width and Height fields control the size of the selected
object.
- Make any necessary adjustments, and
click OK.

CD Is Not
Recognized |
| |
After
inserting the CD into the CD-ROM drive when prompted, the CD is not
recognized. Any number of the following conditions may cause this
issue: wrong CD is being used, CD needs cleaned, CD-ROM drive
settings require changes, or the CD-ROM driver is corrupted,
outdated, or the wrong one. Consult the remainder of this technical
note for additional information. By
completing the procedures that follow, the CD-Read issue may be
resolved. Begin with item one and proceed through the list.
- Verify that the correct CD is being used
when prompted to insert the CD.
- Clean the CD. Place a small amount of
nonabrasive, liquid soap on the shiny side of the CD. Using your
fingertips and warm water, gently rub the soap on the CD in a
circular motion. Rinse the CD thoroughly and dry it using a
clean, soft T-shirt or lint-free towel. Do not use paper towels
or tissue paper.
If the system is running Windows® 98/Me and the CD/DVD-Read
issue continues after completing the above three steps, continue
with Step 3.
- Change the Read Ahead setting in the
following manner:
- Return to the desktop and right click
on the My Computer icon.
- Select Properties from the menu that
appears and click on the Performance tab in the Systems
Properties window.
- Click the File System button and click
the CD-ROM tab.
- Locate Optimize Access Pattern For:.
- Click the arrow to the right of the
information field and select the No Read Ahead option.
- Restart Windows®.
- Verify that the computer is utilizing a
32-bit file system. In the Systems Properties window (found in
Step 3 above), click the Performance tab. Verify that the File
System reads 32-bit. (If anything else shows, contact the
computer manufacturer for installation of the proper CD-ROM or
hard drive drivers.)
- Turn off DMA in the following manner:
- In the Systems Properties window
(found in Step 3a and 3b above), click the Device Manager
tab.
- Choose View Devices By Type. In the
list that appears, locate CD-ROM or CD-ROM Controller.
- Click the plus (+) sign next to this
listing.
- Using the left mouse button,
double-click the name that appears.
- In the Properties window, click the
Settings tab. Find the DMA checkbox and remove the checkmark
(if one exists).
- Click OK.
- Verify that the most current version of the driver for the
CD-ROM drive is being used. Contact the computer manufacturer
for additional information.
- Try to use a different CD in the CD-ROM drive to see if it
can be read.
- If possible, insert the problem CD into the CD-ROM drive of
another computer to see if the issue remains.

Changing Default Font for Events |

The
Style tab of the Category Properties dialog box is used to add
effects and format the text of events in a selected category. The
following information describes how to modify event categories.
Complete the following procedures to perform the
desired modifications.
Associating a Specific Style with a Particular Category
- Click Events on the menu bar and select Category.
- Select the desired category and click Properties.
- With the Style tab active, the following changes can be
applied:
NOTE: The Style options for event text include:
justification, bold, italic, underline, font, text color and
capitalization.
- Justification is used to position the text left, right
or center within the day cell.
- Bold, Italic and Underline are used to give a more
prominent appearance to text.
- Font options are used to change the font style and size.
- Color options are used to change the color of the text.
- All Caps causes the text to display in all capital
letters.
- The Event Effects options control whether an event is
placed on the calendar as a Box Event or a Banner Event.
- The Background Shading and Color fields are used to add
shading and color to the event box.
- Border style and color can be set by using the pull-down
menus for each option.
- A shadow may be added by placing a check in the box
labeled Show Shadow.
- Time display on the calendar may be determined by the
check boxes beside Show Start Time, Show End Time, or No
Time.
- Click OK when changes are complete.
NOTE: As changes are made, a preview will appear near the
bottom of the Properties dialog box. This preview displays events as
they will appear on the calendar. |

Changing the Start Date in a Year Layout
|

When
creating a Yearly Planner, you want to change the start date. The
tutorial that follows describes the procedure.
Complete the steps that follow to change the start
date of a Yearly Planner.
NOTE: At least one event must be displayed in the Yearly
Planner before continuing with the procedure below.
- Open the planner containing the start date that is to be
changed.
- Right-click on the text of any event and select Properties.
The Layout Object Properties dialog box will open.
- Click the Miscellaneous tab.
NOTE: If the Miscellaneous tab is not available, close
the Layout Object Properties window and repeat Step 2. Be sure
to position the mouse pointer on the event text.
- Locate the Number of Visible Months section and click the
Quick Date button to the right of the Start Date field. The
Quick Date mini-calendar window will open.
- Click the desired start date on the mini-calendar. This will
select the date and close the Quick Date dialog window.
- Enter the number of months for the calendar range in the
Number of Months: field.
- Click OK to return to the yearly view. The start date should
now reflect the changes.

Changing the Style of Date Numbers |

After
creating a calendar project using Calendar Creator™ 9, you want to
change the style of the date numbers within the day cells of the
project. This technical note describes the process.
To change the style (size, font, color, placement,
etc.) of the date numbers within all day cells at once, follow the
procedure below.
- Right-click any date number on the calendar.
- Select Properties from the menu.
- On the Style tab, locate the box labeled Set Properties Of.
- Click the down arrow and select Cell from the menu.
- Make the desired changes and click OK.

Changing Week
Start Day |

The
following instructions explain how to change the week start day on a
calendar. In order to change the start day
of a week:
- Open the calendar to be changed.
- Right-click within a day cell that does not contain events.
- Select Properties from the menu displayed.
- Click the Miscellaneous tab on the Layout Object Properties
dialog box.
- Locate and change the Week Start Day field. (Location is
near the bottom of the Layout Object Properties dialog box.)
- Click OK to return to the calendar view.

Landscape/Custom Calendar View |

In
addition to the predefined views available in Calendar Creator™ 9,
custom calendar views can be created. Consult the following tutorial
when creating a custom view. To create a
custom view, complete these steps:
- Start Calendar Creator™ 9 and open a Basic Calendar.
- Click Calendar in the menu bar and select Calendar
Properties. The Calendar Properties dialog box will appear.
- On the Calendar Style tab, enter the calendar name and
choose a QuickStyle from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Calendar Views tab.
- Select the desired Calendar View (e.g., to create a monthly
calendar choose Month).
- Click Add. The View Properties dialog box will appear.
- In the Name: field, enter a unique layout name for the
calendar view.
- In the View Properties dialog box, complete the following as
desired:
Select the Type for the custom view using the drop-down menu.
Set the Height and Width of the custom view.
For example: Landscape will require a height of 850 and width of
1100 for 8.5 x 11 inch paper.
If desired, click the Facing Pictures tab and click either
Art Gallery or Browse to add an image to the custom view.
- Click OK. The Calendar Properties window will return. (The
name created in Step 7 will be listed on the Calendar Views tab
of the Calendar Properties window.)
- Click OK to close the Calendar Properties window and save
the custom settings.
- Click File and choose Page Setup from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Paper Size tab within the Page Setup window.
- Under Page Orientation, click the radio button for Landscape
orientation.
- Click Save to save the changes and click OK to exit the page
setup.
NOTE: To use this calendar as a template, save the calendar
project to the hard drive. To create a new calendar based on this
template, open this file using Open Collection from the File menu,
choose Save Collection As from the File menu and save the calendar
using a different name. |

Default Date Numbers: Changing Font Style
|

When
creating or revising a calendar in Calendar Creator™ 9, you want to
change the default settings for the numbers in the calendar cells.
The font (size, color and style) and the placement of the number
within the cell (left, center or right) can be change in all
calendar cells at one time. The following tutorial describes this
process. To modify the default font and
placement settings regarding the numbers, complete this procedure:
- Right-click on the date number in any calendar cell.
- Select Properties from the menu.
- On the Style tab, locate the Set Properties Of option.
- Click the down-arrow and select Cell from the drop-down
menu.
- Modify the font and number placement as desired.
- Click OK to apply the modifications.
NOTE: Modifications will be applied to all date numbers on
the calendar. |

Display Multiple Calendar Views Simultaneously
|
| |
Multiple calendars can be opened and displayed simultaneously while
using Calendar Creator™. Choices for the calendar view include
Cascade and Tile. This technical note describes how to view multiple
calendars at the same time. Continue with
the following steps:
- Launch Calendar Creator™ and open all calendar files that
are to be displayed.
- Click Window on the main menu and select Cascade or Tile.
- Reposition or resize the calendars as needed.
NOTE: The tiled calendars can be resized and repositioned as
desired. Cascading the calendar views initially allows them to be
resized as desired by dragging the borders or corners of the window
using the mouse. |

Displaying Start and End Times |
| |
Before
the start and end times for any event or event category can be
displayed on the calendar, the Show Start Time and Show End Time
check boxes must be selected for that event or category. This
technical note describes the procedure. To
display start and end times for an event category:
- Click Events on the menu bar and select Categories.
- Select a category from the list and click Properties.
- Check or uncheck the time options as desired.
- Click OK to close the Category Properties dialog box.
- Click OK again to close the Categories dialog box.
To display start and end times for a single event:
- Double-click the event to open the Modify Event dialog box.
- Check or uncheck the time options as desired.
- Click OK.

Drawing Object: Placement onto a Calendar
|
| |
During
the creation of a calendar or when revising an existing calendar,
you want to add drawing objects. The procedure is described in the
remainder of this technical note. To add
drawing objects to a calendar, complete the following:
- Launch Calendar Creator™ and open or create a new project.
- Click one of the four drawing buttons on the Add toolbar, or
select one of these options from the Add menu:
Rectangle
Round Rectangle
Ellipse
Line
NOTE: After the selection is made, the mouse pointer
changes from an arrow to a plus sign (+).
- Define the drawing object area by clicking and dragging the
plus sign. The drawing object can be placed anywhere on the
calendar.
- Once the drawing object has been placed, apply formatting
changes by using the Layout Object Properties dialog box.
- When finished, save the changes.

Event
Dates Display Reversed |
| |
After
adding an event, the new event appears in the wrong month and day as
if the month and day entered are reversed. Calendar Creator™ 9 uses
the date format selected in the Windows® Regional Settings. Changing
the Windows® Short Date Format will help resolve this issue.
Continue with the remainder of this technical note.
Windows® 95/98/2000/Me and Windows NT®
- Close all programs and windows and return to the desktop.
- Click Start, select Setting and click Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, double-click Regional Settings (or
Regional Options). The Regional Settings (or Regional Options)
Properties will open.
- Click the Date tab.
- Click the down-arrow button to the right of the Short Date
Format field and select the desired format (MM/dd/yyyy, M/d/yy,
etc.) from the list that appears.
NOTE: These are the abbreviations: M (Month), d (day) and
y (year).
- Click Apply and click OK.
- Close the Control Panel and launch Calendar Creator™ 9.
NOTE: When adding an event, use the format selected in Step
5. For example, if M/d/yy was selected in Step 5 and you want to add
an event that begins the 15th of May 2002, enter 5/15/02 in the
Start Date field.
Windows® XP
- Close all programs and windows and return to the desktop.
- Click Start and click Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and
Regional Options. (This option is displayed in the Category View
mode.)
- Click Change the Format of Numbers, Dates, and Times. The
Regional and Language Options window will open.
- Verify that the correct language format is selected (e.g.,
English [United States]) and click Customize. The Customize
Regional Options window will open.
- Click the Date tab.
- Click the down-arrow button to the right of the Short Date
Format field and select the desired format (MM/dd/yyyy, M/d/yy,
etc.) from the list that appears.
NOTE: These are the abbreviations: M (Month), d (day) and
y (year).
- Click Apply and click OK.
- Close all windows and launch Calendar Creator™ 9.
NOTE: When adding an event, use the format selected in Step
5. For example, if M/d/yy was selected in Step 5 and you want to add

Fitting More Events into a Day Cell |
| |
After
creating a calendar, you want to add more events to a specific day
cell. The procedures that follow describe the different ways to fit
additional events into a single day cell.
Complete one or more of the following procedures as needed.
Fit Event Cell Size to Description
- Right-click in an empty day cell in a basic calendar view. A
menu will appear.
- Select Properties from the menu.
- Click the Miscellaneous tab.
- Place a check next to Fit Event Cell Size to Description.
- Click OK.
Condense Event Description
- Click File in the main menu bar and select Preferences. The
Preferences dialog window will open.
- Place a check next to the Condense Event Description option.
- Click the Overflow tab.
- Place a check next to one of the following options:
Reduce the font size till: This option
automatically reduces the text font size of events to allow
more information to be entered. Enter the minimum desired
font size in the Points field.
NOTE: The program default font size reduction (to
avoid overflow) is 6 points, which is quite small. Increase
this value as desired. A font size of 10 points is a good
general value that is large enough to be read easily.
Don’t show the pictures: This option removes all
images from all day cells. This setting overrides any other
image settings in the calendar file.
Condense the event description: This option
controls the spacing of events and may result in the left
justification of all events.
Truncate the event description to one line: This
option will abbreviate and omit words until the event
description is one line long.
- Click OK to close the Preferences dialog box.
- Refresh the calendar view by clicking one of the Period
toolbar icons. (These are displayed as left and right pointing
blue arrows.) The events should now be more closely spaced
allowing more information to fit into each cell.
RESIZING OPTIONS
The following procedures describe the steps needed to resize the
following:

Reduce the Event Text Font Size
- Double-click an event to access the Modify Event dialog box.
- Use the pull-down menus to select a different font style or
size.
- Click OK to save changes and close the Modify Event dialog
box.
Reduce Date Number Font Size
- Right-click any date number.
- Select Properties from the menu.
- Locate Set Properties Of on the Style tab.
- Click the down arrow and select Cell from the drop-down
menu.
- Make the desired changes.
Enlarge Individual Calendar Cells
- Right-click within an Empty day cell on the calendar.
- Choose Properties from the menu.
- Locate the Set Properties Of section and select Cell.
- Place a check in the Moveable option to the left and click
OK.
- Click and drag the border of an individual calendar cell to
change the size.
NOTE: This will provide more room in that particular cell,
but only at the expense of adjacent cells. |

Graphic Image: Adding without Using the Art
Gallery |

It is
possible to add graphic images, such as clip art or photos, directly
to the calendar without using the Calendar Creator™ Art Gallery. The
following tutorial describes the process.
Complete these steps to add an image to a calendar without using the
Art Gallery.
- Double-click a calendar object (e.g., a background or
drawing object) to access the Layout Object Properties dialog
box.
- Select the Picture tab.
- Click the Browse button.
- Browse the hard drive, a CD, or a floppy disk to locate the
desired image.
- Select the picture and click Open.
- Click OK to close the Layout Object Properties dialog window
and to place the image onto the calendar.
NOTE: Placing a graphic within a drawing object, such as a
rectangle or ellipse, enables the user to resize the image simply by
using the sizing handles, the tiny black squares located on the
sides and corners of the drawing object. |

Holidays
as Calendar Events |
| |
Various holiday and other pre-made event lists are included with
Calendar Creator™ 9. These events can be added to a calendar. The
tutorial that follows describes how to add pre-made event lists to a
calendar. Complete the following steps to
add pre-made event lists to a calendar:
- Launch Calendar Creator™ and open a calendar.
- Click File on the menu bar, choose Import and select Events.
A standard Open window will appear showing the Events folder in
the Look In: field.
NOTE: If the message "Insert the Calendar Creator 9.0 CD
into the CD-ROM drive" appears, insert the CD as instructed and
continue with the steps below. (Verify that the Events folder
shows in the Look In: field.)
- Highlight the desired file name and click Open. This will
add the events in that file to the calendar.
- Click File and select Save to save the changes made to the
calendar if desired.

Importing .CSV Files From Microsoft® Access
|
| |
Comma
Separated Values (*.CSV) files created in Microsoft® Access can be
successfully imported into Calendar Creator™. The following tutorial
describes the process. Complete the steps
that follow to import a .CSV file from Microsoft® Access into
Calendar Creator™ 9. This procedure is valid for the version of
Microsoft® Access that is installed with Microsoft® Office '97 only.
NOTE: When exporting a *.CSV file from Microsoft® Access,
avoid using quotation marks as text delimiters in the file name.
- In Microsoft® Access, open the Microsoft® Access database
file.
- Click File on the menu bar and select Export.
- Change the Files of Type to Text Files.
- Enter a name for the file. The default extension will be
.TXT.
- Change the .TXT extension to .CSV to ensure that Calendar
Creator™ will recognize the file.
- Navigate to the location of the file to be imported and
click Save All.
- Click the Next button.
- Use the drop-down menu to select None in the Text Qualifier
field.
- Click Next and select the Export Text Wizard. The Export
Text Wizard dialog box will open.
- Enter the desired location path in the Export to File field
and click Finish. The .CSV file should successfully import into
Calendar Creator™.

Importing Images and Clip Art into the Art
Gallery |

Images
such as pictures or clip art can be imported into the Art Gallery in
Calendar Creator™. Like the images included with the program, these
imported images can be placed on a calendar and used in calendar
projects. The procedure is described in this technical note.
To add your own pictures and clip art to the Art
Gallery from a CD-ROM, floppy diskette or a location on the hard
drive, complete these steps:
- Open the calendar file that the pictures will be added to.
- Insert the Calendar Creator™ CD into the CD-ROM drive.
- On the menu bar, click Add and select Picture to access the
Art Gallery.
- Select File from the menu bar within the Art Gallery and
choose Import. The Import Pictures dialog box will appear.
- Browse to the location of the desired picture.
- Click Select to choose the picture and click Import. The
picture will be added to the Your Own category in the Art
Gallery.
NOTE: Calendar Creator™ will accept pictures that have been
saved only in the bitmap (*.bmp) or JPEG (*.jpg) format. |

Jewish
Calendar Annual Events |
| |
The
Jewish year is not the same length as a solar year on the Gregorian
calendar, which is used by most of the western world. As a result,
the date shifts on the Gregorian calendar. Use the following
procedure to add an event corresponding to the Jewish calendar so
that it appears in the correct date on a standard Gregorian
calendar. To enter a Hebrew birthday as an
annually repeating event according to the Jewish calendar, complete
these steps:
- Double-click the desired date. The Add Event dialog box will
open.
- In the Description field, type the name of the person and
the birth date.
- Click the Repeat Rule button. The Repeats dialog box will
appear.
- Change the year in the Repeat Until field to reflect a date
that is greater than the Start Date by at least two years.
- Click the Every radio button. The field to the immediate
right of Every should read one (1).
- Use the drop-down menu to the right to select Hebrew
(Birth). The repeat date will show in green on the small
calendar (upper-right).
- Confirm that the Exceptions list box indicates No
Exceptions.
- Confirm that the Weekend Occurrences field indicates Do Not
Move.
- Click OK to close the Repeats dialog box.
- Click OK again to close the Add Event dialog box.

Multi-Month View Settings: Start Date/Number of
Weeks |

The
Start Date and Number of Months settings can be adjusted in a
Multi-month calendar view in Calendar Creator™ 9. The procedure is
described in this technical note. To
configure a Multi-month calendar view, complete the following steps:
- Open a calendar and select the Multi-Month view.
- Right-click on an open day cell that does not contain event
text if possible. (If there are no open day cells, right-click
as far away from an event text item as possible.)
- Select Properties from the list that appears. The Layout
Object Properties dialog window will open.
- Click the Multi Month Properties tab.
- Enter the Start Date: Month/Year by clicking the square
button to the right of the Start Date field. A Quick Date
calendar window will open.
- Click the desired date.
- Enter the desired value in the Number of Months field.
NOTE: The number of days to display per page can be set
by entering the desired value in the First Day and Last Day
fields.
- Click OK for the new settings to take effect.

Multi-Week View Settings: Start Date/Number of
Weeks |

The
Start Date and Number of Weeks settings can be adjusted in a
Multi-week calendar view in Calendar Creator™ 9. The procedure is
described in this technical note. To
configure a Multi-week calendar view, complete these steps:
- Open a calendar and select the Multi-week view.
- Right-click on an open day cell that does not contain event
text if possible. (If there are no open day cells, right-click
as far away from an event text item as possible.)
- Select Properties from the list that appears. The Layout
Object Properties dialog window will open.
- Click the Multi Week Properties tab.
- Enter the Start Date by clicking the square button to the
right of the Start Date field. A Quick Date calendar window will
open.
- Click the desired date.
- Enter the desired value in the Number of Weeks field.
- Click OK for the new settings to take effect.

Palm Tree Appears Instead of Selected Graphic

When
inserting a graphic onto a calendar, an image of a palm tree appears
in place of the selected graphic. Many possibilities can cause this
issue. In some instances, cleaning the CD will resolve the issue. In
other cases, updating drivers or uninstalling and reinstalling the
program or both will help to resolve the issue. The remainder of
this technical note describes how to proceed.
Begin with the first procedure and continue as
necessary. Try the program after completing a procedure before
continuing with another set of steps.
Cleaning the CD
- Place a small amount of nonabrasive,
liquid soap on the shiny side of the CD that contains the
desired graphic.
- Using your fingertips and warm water,
gently rub the soap in a circular motion on the CD.
- Rinse the CD thoroughly and dry it using a
clean, soft T-shirt or lint-free towel. Do not use paper towels
or tissue paper.
- Place the CD that contains the desired
graphic into the CD-ROM drive.
- Open Calendar Creator™ 9 and try inserting
a graphic again.
NOTE: If this issue remains after cleaning
the CD and another CD or DVD drive is present on the system, place
the CD in the other drive, wait at least 30 seconds and try
inserting a graphic again.
If no other CD or DVD drives are present or the issue remains after
completing the above procedure, continue with the steps that follow.
 | If a graphic is inserted from the Art
Gallery and a full installation was performed, uninstall and
reinstall the program.

Uninstall and Reinstall Calendar Creator™ 9
The following procedure will temporarily disable background programs
and restart the computer in the cleanest possible configuration.
Installing software using this configuration will minimize
conflicts.
Uninstalling the Program
- Close all programs and return to the
Windows® desktop.
- Click Start, select Settings (Windows®
98/Me/2000 and Windows® XP Classic Start Menu) and choose
Control Panel.
