Issue Program Freezes or CD-Read Error Occurs
Description Schoolhouse Rock!® 3rd & 4th Grade freezes, presents a CD-read error, or experiences extremely long CD-read times during start up. These conditions are typically related to the CD-ROM drive. Cleaning the CD and checking other CD-related system settings could resolve the issues.
