| Follow the steps below
to resolve this issue. 1. Right click the icon that starts
the program and select "Properties."
2. Click the "Compatibility" tab within the "Properties"
window.
3. Turn on the following compatibilty settings by clicking
the check box to the left of the description:
- "Run the program in compatibility mode for:" and select
Windows XP (service pack 2)
- "Disable visual themes"
4. Click "OK" and run the program. |
